Puppy Training & Socialization

Raising a Puppy is Serious Business 

They're cute, but they're also a lot of work in a short time! From 8-14 weeks, your puppy is in their most sensitive socialization period. What they learn now will impact their behavior for the rest of their lives. Learn how to prevent problems, address existing problems before they get worse, and lay a foundation for good behavior in the future. All lessons are adapted to your needs and can include:

  • Safe socialization

  • Handling and grooming

  • Name response (recall)

  • Basic cues (sit, down, and more)

  • Early leash manners

  • Polite greetings

  • Plus, fun tricks and more

  • Housetraining

  • Crate/confinement training

  • Integrating with other pets

  • Rough play

  • Chewing

  • Stealing or guarding food and objects

  • Fearful behaviors, and more

Month-to-Month Puppy Program

Instead of a package of lessons, you purchase training by the month. Continue as long as you need, and stop whenever you're ready. We meet every two weeks in-person and every other week via phone or video. I welcome all family members to participate.

Price: $500/month

Includes: Four weekly lessons (two local, two remote), plus continuous support between sessions.
